Head Coach – Errin Levels

Coach Levels

Errin Levels is in her 14th year as Head Coach at Lamar High School. The Vikings have been to the regional tournament twice in 2013 and 2017, under the leadership of Coach Levels.
Coach Levels was raised in Fort Worth, Texas and played basketball and soccer at Dunbar High School. She completed her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M-Commerce and her master’s degree from the University of Houston.

Coach Levels is the middle child of three girls.  Her mother, father and sisters are loyal fans of Lamar Girls Basketball. Almost every Friday, you can find her parents seated in the crowd, cheering and supporting the athletes.  In her spare time. Coach Levels enjoys spending time with her nephews and neices, especially Prince. She also enjoys traveling to various destinations.

Assistant Coach – Nia Roberts

Coach Roberts

Nia Roberts is in her fourth year as assistant varsity basketball coach, junior varsity coach and assistant track coach. An Arlington native, she graduated from Bowie High School. She went on to play basketball at the collegiate level for four years, ending her career and receiving a B.S. in History from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas.

Coach Roberts is the youngest child, with two older brothers and two loving and supportive parents. Outside of teaching and watching basketball, she loves watching documentaries and learning about African American history. She also can’t resist a good brunch and spending time with friends.
